🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of team-scoped projects for HR and Payroll products
• Participate in cross-team initiatives and provide product feedback
• Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
• Investigate and implement platform improvements

📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Proficiency in Postgres or equivalent relational database
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
• Familiarity with AWS
• Knowledge of React, Vue, or Angular
