💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Revenue Operations function at Later, owning the operational engine behind Sales, Marketing, Customer, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev Integrations. You'll be responsible for pipeline mechanics, forecasting, and territory design while driving a company-wide AI transformation to modernize processes and tech stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end RevOps infrastructure across six sub-functions.
  • Drive pipeline mechanics, forecasting, and territory design.
  • Establish operational cadence with weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Manage tech stack consolidation and modernization projects.
  • Lead AI-powered workflow and automation adoption.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive RevOps experience at a SaaS company.
  • 5+ years leading operations at director/VP level managing managers.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and tech stack.
  • Experience as senior-most ops leader at high-growth tech company.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI transformation initiatives.
  • Background in marketplace or creator economy companies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ChiliPiper, Nooks, Chorus.
