You'll work on the Token Vesting team at Anchorage Digital, building fullstack features for institutional crypto platforms. You'll own features end-to-end, from idea to production, collaborating closely with product and design. This role offers the chance to shape product evolution at a federally chartered crypto bank with backing from top VC firms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end from idea to production.
• Implement and iterate on fullstack solutions.
• Improve code quality and developer experience.
• Review code across frontend and backend.

📋 Requirements

• Svelte/SvelteKit or similar JS framework experience.
• Building complex distributed systems and web apps.
• Strong problem-solving with evolving requirements.
• Collaborative mindset and ownership mentality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Production experience with web security.
• Familiarity with vesting models (time-based, cliffs).
• Experience with Web3/Crypto applications.
