You'll design and build high-performing website pages, landing pages, and marketing collateral for a remote talent company. Your work will directly impact conversion and growth. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to turn messaging into visually consistent assets across web, campaigns, and sales enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build pages/landing pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer
• Create sales collateral like pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
• Apply analytics insights to implement conversion-driven design changes
• Evolve and maintain the design system with the Senior Web Designer

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in web design and web implementation
• Strong portfolio showing real shipped pages and website work
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, and WordPress
• Comfort adjusting HTML/CSS when needed

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, agency, or service-based growth environments
• CRO/analytics experience with Hotjar, GA4, or A/B testing platforms
• Animation or micro-interactions skills (Webflow Interactions, Framer Motion)
