You'll build and scale programs that deepen customer engagement and turn users into passionate advocates. You'll own customer storytelling from case studies to milestone highlights. This role designs programs for retention, expansion, and community-building at a leading conversational AI platform backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop customer advocacy and engagement programs including reference networks.
• Produce customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestone announcements.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, and Product Marketing to identify strong customer stories.
• Track and celebrate key customer achievements and turn them into narratives.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success.
• Exceptional storytelling and content development skills.
• Strong relationship builder with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized managing multiple projects simultaneously.
