💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day financial record-keeping for a fast-growing startup. You'll ensure books are accurate and reconciled at all times, supporting founders and operations. This role stands out for its flexible remote schedule and competitive part-time compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries across all accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable including vendor payments and invoicing
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for internal review

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a startup or SaaS environment
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Solid understanding of GAAP fundamentals and standard bookkeeping practices
• High attention to detail - ability to catch errors others miss

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-currency transactions or US/Canada cross-border financials
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition or subscription billing models
• CPA designation or working toward one
