🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations and serve as primary partner contact during deployments.
• Create, coordinate, and execute project plans with internal and external teams.
• Manage project phases: kickoffs, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop contingency plans.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience focusing on software deployment at B2B companies.
• Proven track record of driving healthcare technology implementation projects from start to finish.
• Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading through build and testing phases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize information concisely.
