• Drive sales and meet revenue targets through optimized appointments and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for ear piercing procedures.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
• Track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
