Description
You'll be a key individual contributor on a small, high-trust team building a first-of-its-kind product at GiveCampus. You'll build, test, ship, and fix across the full stack, collaborate on architecture decisions, and iterate rapidly based on real user feedback.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of software engineering experience in startup-like environments
- Full-stack engineering fluency (React, backend, infrastructure)
- Comfort with autonomy, ownership, and fast iteration
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Data-driven approach to validating product assumptions
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy full-stack features in an agile environment
- Collaborate on architecture decisions and technical strategy
- Contribute across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed
- Prototype, test, and ship quickly based on real user feedback and data
- Work with product managers, designers, and customer teams to understand user needs
