Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a product designer at a software company
- Portfolio demonstrating growth design impact on metrics
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science
- Strong communication skills for advocating design decisions
- Team-player mindset with accountability
Responsibilities
- Identify user problems related to identification, activation, engagement, and retention
- Design solutions to test hypotheses and improve member funnel
- Ship high-quality work improving member experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and marketing
- Document design decisions and progress
