You'll define and execute the sales strategy for Blueprint, a digital asset portfolio platform. You'll shape the product, build the sales playbook, and lead customer relationships. This role stands out because you'll work cross-functionally to drive adoption of a new, rapidly growing platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and execute Blueprint's sales playbook with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, qualify, and develop customer and partner relationships.
- Lead product demonstrations and manage existing accounts.
- Bridge customer workflows with engineering to build features.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or early-stage sales.
- Skilled at customer conversations and earning trust with institutional users.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital assets.

- Experience in a founder or founder-adjacent role.
- Background in revenue operations or product management.
- Experience with crypto/blockchain platforms.
