💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the sales strategy for Blueprint, a digital asset portfolio platform. You'll shape the product, build the sales playbook, and lead customer relationships. This role stands out because you'll work cross-functionally to drive adoption of a new, rapidly growing platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute Blueprint's sales playbook with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop customer and partner relationships.
  • Lead product demonstrations and manage existing accounts.
  • Bridge customer workflows with engineering to build features.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or early-stage sales.
  • Skilled at customer conversations and earning trust with institutional users.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a founder or founder-adjacent role.
  • Background in revenue operations or product management.
  • Experience with crypto/blockchain platforms.
