This role combines deep hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving, requiring technical rigor and strong communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design solution architecture for CI/CD, security, compliance, and AI workflows
• Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable technical accelerators
• Create reference architectures, runbooks, and technical design patterns

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering fundamentals and production system experience
• Systems design expertise including APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, and runners
• Understanding of enterprise deployment challenges like security and observability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
