You'll serve as a trusted advisor to educational and nonprofit clients, leading feasibility studies and capital campaigns to drive transformational fundraising outcomes. You'll manage stakeholder relationships and develop data-informed strategies that empower organizations to achieve their goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead feasibility studies and capital campaign projects for clients.
• Engage with organizational leaders, volunteers, and donors to build trust.
• Conduct major gift research and identify donor prospects.
• Facilitate donor cultivation interviews and synthesize findings into recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• 2+ years of experience in fundraising, higher education advancement, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Experience with fundraising databases; Salesforce preferred.

• Experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Membership in a Greek social organization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat.
