Description

You will architect, manage, and administer large multi-site and cloud Microsoft server and client environments. You will lead projects, perform system upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and ensure security and disaster recovery compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, M365)
• Experience with VMware and infrastructure automation
• Ability to lead teams and work independently
• Understanding of IT service management and governance
• Familiarity with energy industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and support Microsoft and VMware systems and automation
• Perform patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP and SOC1 standards
• Lead project teams and collaborate with developers and infrastructure peers
• Manage user permissions and access controls
