Description

As an Operations Lead at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center to ensure cars are safely moved through repairs while meeting production and quality goals. You will oversee daily activities, provide coaching, and resolve conflicts to foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, variable schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars in Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvements
• Coach and develop team members, provide feedback and performance management
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train team on Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently the first time
