You will partner with mid-to-large enterprise accounts to drive wide-scale business transformation, building multi-year success plans and aligning with executive stakeholders to turn operational data into measurable outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and leadership to ensure innovation is grounded in real-world operational challenges, making a tangible impact on safety, efficiency, and sustainability for essential industries.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting
- Ability to manage priorities and high emotional intelligence for enterprise accounts
- Adept at solving complex problems and communicating with executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive business transformation and partner with customers
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to understand customer business and recommend platform leverage
- Own executive-level customer strategy via data-driven business reviews
- Develop joint success plans with clear metrics and timelines
- Translate platform expertise into multi-product, industry-specific value narratives
- Champion cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, etc.
