💼 About This Role

You'll ensure fast onboarding of new Ramp customers by partnering with Account Managers. You'll drive revenue by removing implementation delays and selling the value of Ramp. This role combines strategy, operational leadership, and project management in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers by educating them on Ramp functionality and best practices
  • Understand customer workflows, pain points, and obstacles to full rollout
  • Drive revenue by eliminating implementation delays and promoting Ramp value
  • Become expert in integration and configuration options for Ramp products

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management in B2B
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota or outperforming key metrics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with accounting software (Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
