💼 About This Role

You'll lead new and pre-owned sales operations at Brickell Honda, part of the Murgado Automotive Group. You'll coach and develop the sales and management team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience while driving key sales KPIs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable all sales managers and associates.
• Run daily huddles, 1:1s, and training to drive performance.
• Own key sales KPIs: appointments, shows, test drives, closing ratios.
• Ensure fast lead response and strong CRM usage across the team.

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish
• 5+ years automotive sales management experience
• Proven track record hitting volume, gross, and CSI objectives
• Strong command of CRM, desking tools, and digital retailing

• Experience with Tekion
• Knowledge of Honda vehicles and products
