💼 About This Role

You'll join the IT Linux Infrastructure team to design, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters supporting critical business functions. Your work will directly enable SpaceX's mission of making humanity an interplanetary species. You'll drive automation and self-service solutions to reduce administrative overhead.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, manage, scale and optimize Kubernetes and RKE clusters using Ansible and Terraform.
• Gather requirements and deploy software platforms in Kubernetes for engineering teams.
• Build highly resilient, high-performance, scalable systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent after-hours work.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/STEM or 7+ years systems engineering experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience with Linux servers and automation.
• Experience with Linux shell and configuring Linux instances.
• Experience using Ansible or Terraform for provisioning and managing Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in high-availability, fault-tolerant systems architectures.
• Experience with Python and Golang for automation and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
