Description

You will lead complex pre-sales evaluations for the Retail segment, acting as a trusted advisor during the sales process. You'll own deal strategy and technical validation, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and mentor other Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communicator able to present to technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity with structure and judgment
  • Collaborative team player with follow-through in partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes, ideally in regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex pre-sales opportunities for Retail accounts from discovery to close
  • Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives to business and technical audiences
  • Design and support technical validations and POVs to build customer confidence
  • Partner with Security, Legal, Product, and Services to address customer-specific requirements
  • Mentor Solutions Consultants and contribute to reusable assets like demo stories and discovery guides
