Description
You will lead complex pre-sales evaluations for the Retail segment, acting as a trusted advisor during the sales process. You'll own deal strategy and technical validation, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and mentor other Solutions Consultants.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communicator able to present to technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity with structure and judgment
- Collaborative team player with follow-through in partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes, ideally in regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Lead complex pre-sales opportunities for Retail accounts from discovery to close
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives to business and technical audiences
- Design and support technical validations and POVs to build customer confidence
- Partner with Security, Legal, Product, and Services to address customer-specific requirements
- Mentor Solutions Consultants and contribute to reusable assets like demo stories and discovery guides
