  • Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch to prioritize requests.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software.
