💼 About This Role
You'll lead B2B sales expansion for Lalamove in the Kansai region, driving new client acquisition across manufacturing, wholesale, EC, and restaurant chains. You'll build your own pipeline and contribute to the team's growth as the third core member. This role offers the autonomy to shape the regional strategy within a global unicorn.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound sales to Kansai-based businesses across key industries.
- Identify untapped customer segments and build sales pipelines.
- Propose tailored logistics solutions using Lalamove's platform.
- Share successful sales tactics to boost team conversion rates.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development.
- Deep knowledge of the Kansai business landscape and local networks.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small, high-performance team.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
