💼 About This Role

You'll support venture capital clients by managing fund operations and troubleshooting product issues as part of AngelList's Venture Relations team. You'll work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a delightful product experience and drive client retention. This hybrid role is based in NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own fund operations and product support for assigned clients.
• Execute operational tasks efficiently while maintaining standards.
• Communicate accurately and concisely with fund managers and investors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to surface new solutions for clients.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a rapidly growing startup or fintech.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive initiative.
• Superb attention to detail and ability to catch edge cases.
• Passion for startups and understanding of venture finance.

• Experience with fund administration or VC operations.
• Familiarity with AngelList software suite.
