As a Staff Backend Engineer at Mesh, you will architect and build the foundation of the world's first global crypto payments network. You'll drive technical decisions, lead development of secure and scalable systems, and mentor engineers. Your work will shape the future of digital finance by enabling seamless crypto payments.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience, 3+ in fintech or payments
• Strong backend skills in C#, C++, Go, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Security-first mindset with knowledge of AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security
• Understanding of crypto concepts: blockchains, RPCs, self-custody wallets

• Drive technical architecture decisions and system designs
• Provide technical leadership across teams
