You'll bridge product development and client-facing teams, designing and implementing AI-driven solutions for Sana Agents and Sana Learn. You'll partner with forward-thinking organizations to transform how they work and learn, scaling playbooks for agentic AI and learning ecosystems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and implementation phases
• Engage with technical stakeholders to build trust around Sana products and AI
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product developments
• Identify and implement process improvements for sales and deployment

📋 Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering or related field
• Proven experience in a client-facing technical role preferably in tech
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to all stakeholders
