💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic partner to leaders, helping them build strong teams and make thoughtful organisational decisions as Legora scales. You'll focus on the Growth organisation and Legal Engineer teams across EMEA, driving hiring strategy and organisational structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to drive the people agenda as their organisations grow.
• Define hiring needs, shape roles, and run recruitment processes for key positions.
• Support leaders on team structure, reporting lines, and succession planning.
• Facilitate performance reviews and leadership capability development.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience working with business leaders on people or talent topics.
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment.
• Comfortable operating across recruitment and organisational development.
• Strong business judgment with a structured approach to decision-making.

• Experience in legal tech or professional services.
• Background in organisational design or change management.
• Familiarity with AI-native product environments.
