💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily jobsite activities for electrical and lighting controls installations, coordinating crews and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. You'll oversee installation of lighting fixtures and control systems while enforcing safety protocols and best practices. This role offers hands-on leadership with system startup and commissioning experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily jobsite activities for electrical and lighting controls installations
• Coordinate labor, materials, and project sequencing to maintain schedules
• Supervise installation of lighting fixtures, control systems, and power distribution
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and control schematics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
• Prior experience leading crews or working in a foreman/lead capacity
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including 120V–277V
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lighting control systems (0-10V, DALI, DMX, PoE)
• Familiarity with networked systems or building automation (BAS)
• Background working on retrofit or renovation projects
