You'll bridge the gap between Talent Brand and People Experience, ensuring internal programs align with our external EVP. You'll enable recruiters with high-impact materials and lead global events to build talent pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop recruiter enablement materials for GTM and G&A partners
• Manage presence at key engineering conferences
• Oversee job board management and award submissions
• Analyze campaign ROI and engagement metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of talent brand, recruitment, or communications experience
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM and G&A leaders
• Strong project management skills for complex events
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
