You'll lead the end-to-end hiring strategy for Product, Tech and Digital Enablement at Trustpilot, a profitable FTSE-250 company. Your core impact will be shaping talent plans, overseeing regional delivery, and ensuring we secure diverse, high-calibre talent for our next phase of scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own hiring strategy for Product, Tech & Digital Enablement functions
• Act as strategic partner to Leadership Teams on talent risks and opportunities
• Lead TA transformation projects and drive scalable practices
• Design proactive sourcing pipelines and market maps ahead of demand

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading TA teams across multiple regions
• Deep expertise in driving TA innovation and evolving policies
• Proven capability to integrate TA strategy with Workforce Planning
• Profound subject matter expertise in all TA elements and sourcing methodologies
