You'll process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small global team. You'll ensure accurate and compliant payroll for 1,700+ professionals across 29+ markets. This role offers dedicated mentorship and accelerated career progression.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end bi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
• Analyze and document country-specific payroll controls.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Finance and HR.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of multi-country payroll processing experience.
• Experience with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll for Spain or other European countries.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll software.
• Knowledge of fintech industry payroll practices.
