You will lead customer acquisition and retention programs for RISE, driving growth through paid social, paid media, email, and rewards channels. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, ecommerce, analytics, and design teams to develop lifecycle strategies that increase core business KPIs and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

Experienced Digital Marketing and CRM leader
Deep understanding of audience customer data
Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, ecomm, analytics, and design teams

Responsibilities

Build and execute comprehensive customer acquisition and retention programs
Drive growth through Paid Social and Paid Media channels
Strengthen relationships with returning customers via email and rewards communication
Develop processes and frameworks for managing program execution
Own lifecycle marketing strategy to increase core business KPIs
