You'll oversee promotional review and marketing operations for a first-in-market biotech launch. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery of commercial materials. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational capabilities from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end routing and tracking of promotional materials through workflows.
• Facilitate promotional review meetings and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of material submissions with review standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, legal, and medical teams.
• Oversee submission systems like Veeva PromoMats and support 2253 workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing operations or promotional review.
• Strong hands-on experience managing PRC or similar review processes.
• Proficiency with Veeva PromoMats or comparable systems.
• Project management skills for complex, time-sensitive workflows.

• Experience supporting a first commercial product launch.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
