💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the procurement function for a fast-growing quantum technology company, from sourcing multi-million nanofabrication tools to securing critical materials for next-generation quantum chips. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, designing scalable processes and managing high-value supplier relationships. Over time, you'll build and lead a team, enabling the manufacturing ramp to happen fast and compliantly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build procurement strategy and lean purchasing processes
• Source high-value manufacturing and testing equipment
• Manage sourcing for BOM components, chemicals, and gases
• Lead supplier negotiations and partner with Finance and Legal

📋 Requirements

• Procurement experience covering both operational purchasing and strategic sourcing
• Background in hardware scale-up, deep-tech, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience sourcing capital-intensive equipment and managing technical supplier relationships
• Ability to set up procurement processes and systems from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP-supported procurement workflows
• Familiarity with nanofab tools or cryogenic setups
• Background in quantum technology or photonics
