You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues. You'll drive adoption of Compass technology and provide marketing support to help agents grow their businesses. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates.
• Partner with Onboarding team for new customer welcome strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in customer service, training, or operations.
• Ability to work 100% in-office in Houston (The Heights).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate.
• Experience with live or remote training.
• Creative writing skills and eye for design.
