You'll lead compliance infrastructure development for Stripe's global platform, building data pipelines and distributed systems. You will empower your team to achieve high technical compliance and reliability while collaborating with security and infrastructure partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of compliance infrastructure components.
• Empower engineering team to achieve high technical compliance.
• Recruit great engineers in collaboration with recruiting team.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as management team member.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience or equivalent technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience building infrastructure for internal/external customers.
• Successfully recruited and built great teams.
• Clear and persuasive writing and in-person communication.

• Experience building and operating SLO-based infrastructures.
• Comfortable planning in quarters and setting multi-year vision.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
