🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise HR on sensitive employee matters and strategic guidance.
• Support Group Counsel and HR on German labor law and global operations.
• Handle complex employee matters including dispute resolution.
• Draft and improve employment agreements and HR policies.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Law degree with excellent academic credentials.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience in employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of German employment law and employee representation.
