You'll program manage end-to-end automation programs for Careem's Care operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out AI-powered solutions like self-service flows and proactive notifications. You'll drive data-driven insights and change management to enhance efficiency and customer experience across the region.

• Manage the automation roadmap for Careem Care
• Partner with vertical leads to identify automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, or similar
• 6+ years in ML program management or analytics
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Strong SQL and BI tool skills (Power BI/Tableau)

• Experience with deep learning in call centers
• Familiarity with Spark, Hive, cloud tools
