💼 About This Role

You'll join the Insurance Products team ensuring our MGA products are accurate, compliant, and ready to ship. Your work will help the company scale safely and move quickly in a highly regulated space, collaborating closely with Engineering teams and Product Managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with 1-2 Engineering teams on new features and initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing and advocate for quality.
• Work with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to product quality.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on manual testing.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Experience testing in microservices or distributed system environments.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL for data validation and query writing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a product company (startup/scale-up).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jira and agile testing methodologies.
