💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated analytics hire at Haus, working directly with the Director of Data & Analytics to build the analytics function. You'll touch everything from GTM pipeline reporting to product engagement analysis, translating data into decisions that executives act on. This is a high-leverage role in a venture-backed B2B SaaS startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own GTM pipeline and ROI analytics.
• Develop forecasting models for new business acquisition.
• Stand up and own the data warehouse and metric layer.
• Analyze product feature adoption and engagement patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in analytics or analytics engineering roles.
• Hands-on SQL and dbt fluency.
• Experience with Fivetran and a BI platform (Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau).
• Uses AI-assisted coding tools in daily work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Python proficiency for analysis or scripting.
• Experience standing up a data warehouse from scratch.
• Familiarity with product analytics instrumentation (Rudderstack, Segment).
