You'll lead multiple engineering teams building enterprise GRC platform capabilities for Vanta's upmarket expansion. Your core impact is enabling large organizations to scale their compliance and security operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver results with high execution quality
• Set and deliver technical strategy for evolving the legacy codebase
• Build a best-in-class engineering team through hiring and coaching
• Partner with Design, Product, and GTM to bring platform capabilities to market

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 40+
• Track record of growing line managers
• Strong technical craft with ability to set and deliver technical strategy

• Experience with monolith to microservices evolution
• Event-driven architecture experience
