💼 About This Role

You'll lead collections for Paytm's advertising revenue portfolio, working with internal teams to drive timely payments and reduce DSO. You'll own the end-to-end receivables lifecycle and provide actionable insights through reporting. This role offers the chance to impact cash flow at India's largest payment company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive timely collections from customers to achieve targets.
• Monitor receivables and proactively resolve payment delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal on disputes.
• Prepare and present MIS on collection performance and trends.

📋 Requirements

• MBA in Finance
• Proven experience in collections management in high-growth tech environment.
• Strong track record of meeting/reducing DSO targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
