💼 About This Role

You'll support the IT Security Officer in implementing security policies and conducting vulnerability analyses. You'll maintain and optimize our ISMS monitoring and help prepare the introduction of new security solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in cybersecurity for a fast-growing FinTech scale-up with direct mentorship and growth opportunities.

• Support implementation and monitoring of security policies
• Coordinate and document vulnerability analyses and penetration tests
• Maintain and update security reports and documentation
• Monitor and optimize ISMS security metrics
• Assist with security training and awareness initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Current enrollment in computer science, business informatics, IT security or related field
• Basic knowledge of ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz standards
• Strong analytical and structured working skills
• Fluent German and English for documentation and research
