You'll perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems for a dynamic property management portfolio. You'll keep common areas clean and support event setups to ensure tenant satisfaction and safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and assist with minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Keep common areas, lobbies, and coworking spaces clean and welcoming.
• Support event setup and breakdown (furniture, equipment, layout).

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or similar role
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CMMS software
• EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license
