• Lead end-to-end cross-functional project management and strategic initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of strategic planning or management consulting in healthcare payer or provider space.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects/programs.
• Enterprise-wide initiative experience: defined plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Prior Authorization lifecycles and Utilization Management.
• Master's Degree.
• PMP or program management certifications.
