Requirements

• 10-15 years of industry experience
• Experience building complex user-facing web applications at large scale
• Track record of leading large-scale cross-functional engineering projects
• Deep expertise in modern frontend and full-stack development
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in software quality and performance

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy for merchant-facing experiences with focus on quality, performance, and AI integration
• Lead design and delivery of complex cross-team projects improving reliability, responsiveness, and polish
• Champion quality-first engineering culture with standards, tooling, and processes for high-quality UI
• Drive performance as a product feature through instrumentation, budgets, and architectural improvements
• Innovate on future of merchant UX exploring AI-powered paradigms beyond traditional dashboards
