You'll join the Onboarding team to drive how new users discover and adopt Jane, working across product, design, support, marketing, and data. Your core impact is improving activation rates and reducing early churn. The team recently built AI-assisted onboarding journeys, and you'll help translate that energy into systems that stick.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve activation rates and reduce early churn for new clinics
• Collaborate across product, design, support, marketing, and data teams
• Build systems for feature teams to introduce new capabilities into onboarding
• Incorporate customer feedback and data insights into onboarding decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2-3 years focused on growth, onboarding, or early customer journey
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Experience with user research and data-driven decision making

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about improving product experiences
• Experience with analytics tools like Looker
