💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team performing light bodywork like prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You'll help prepare low-mileage late-model cars for customers using state-of-the-art tools. This entry-level role offers training programs to progress your skills and pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Conduct small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment

• Previous experience with body filler/plastic welding
