💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical thread that turns subsystems into a robust product, defining requirements and verification for medium voltage grid-connected converters. You'll drive hands-on bring-up, integration testing, and root cause analysis, partnering with design, firmware, and reliability teams. This role combines system architecture, modeling, and hands-on lab work to build the integration playbook for shipping reliable products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define system-level requirements and integration plans for power converters
• Develop and execute test plans for subsystem to complete system validation
• Design and build test setups (grid simulators, load banks, DAQ)
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis during lab bring-up and field trials

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in systems integration on complex electrical systems
• Demonstrated ownership of a product lifecycle phase (prototype to validation)
• Strong fundamentals in power electronics, controls, and system-level interfaces

• Familiarity with CAN bus or similar communication protocols
• Automation scripting for test data analysis (Python, MATLAB)
