💼 About This Role
You'll drive new revenue by acquiring multi-property hotel groups and growing existing accounts in EMEA. Your core impact is aggressively growing Monthly Recurring Revenue through hunting new logos and expanding within our portfolio. This role offers uncapped commission for overachievers.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Acquire new multi-property groups from a defined target list
- Prospect and nurture opportunities through to close
- Conduct consultative selling for hotel tech solutions
- Negotiate contracts and defend value proposition
📋 Requirements
- Sales experience in consultative selling in technology or hospitality
- Proven track record closing >$1M new business
- Fluency in German and English
- In-depth understanding of hospitality industry
