You'll join Compass's Strategic Growth team to recruit top-producing real estate agents to the Compass platform. Your core impact is driving net-new revenue by selling the Compass value proposition directly to agent decision-makers. This role stands out for its humanized sales process with high deal sizes averaging $200k-$3M+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sell the Compass value proposition to top agents
• Influence agents to leave current brokerage
• Build relationships through in-person meetings
• Meet quarterly GCI-based revenue quota

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
